1. Origin & Customs
To guarantee the freshest possible stone-ground matcha, all premium ceremonial items are packed airtight and dispatched directly from our warehouses in Kagoshima & Shizuoka, Japan or regional distribution centers.
2. Processing & Timelines
Orders are processed and packaged within 24-48 business hours. Regional air delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on customs clearing speeds.
3. Shipping Rates
We provide free trackable standard shipping for all orders above $50. Standard orders below $50 are subject to a flat fee calculated at checkout.
4. Packaging Integrity
Our tins are packed airtight with protective seals. If you receive a tin with a broken inner seal, contact our support team immediately for a replacement.
