1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and purchasing from xmatcha, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Products & Harvesting
Our matcha is organic and stone-ground in Kagoshima and Shizuoka, Japan. Due to the seasonal nature of First Flush spring harvests, variations in color, sweet-umami taste profiles, and packaging batches can occur.
3. User Accounts & Checkout
You agree to provide true, accurate, and current payment information during purchase. We reserve the right to decline transactions or cancel accounts that display indicators of fraudulent activity.
4. Intellectual Property
All branding assets, photographs of estates, graphics, interactive widgets (like the Ritual guide), and typography tokens belong exclusively to xmatcha.
